Annette did a great job. She was curteous, friendly, and helpful. Just one thing I’d like to mention is that I asked for the catch cans to be emptied. She wrote the request on the work order since I asked after it was printed with other items. The final receipt I received doesn’t state that the catch cans were emptied or not. I’m sure they were emptied but not having to ponder would’ve been nice. Thanks.

Mario us a terrible service rep. He provided the worst service to me last year and I just purchased a new 2023 Ford F-150 from another dealer because of him. I did complain then. My wife just took her flex in for an oil change. She made an appt and was told about an hour. She waited in your waiting room. Mario told her I had no points with my ford account, when I had more than 20,000. She called me and once I challenged him, he suddenly found my points. He was trying to charge my wife when we wanted to use points for this oil change. After 2 hours of waiting, she asked about her car and was told Mario lost the paperwork. An hour later, Mario had left for lunch and her car was still not done.
She called me 3 hours after she arrived, because she was getting the run around do to Mario. I told her to find Channa in sales for some help. He got another service rep to find her car. They gave her the oil change for no charge since it took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change.
I believe that Mario remembered my name and purposely delayed on the service making my wife wait hours for a simple task. There is no excuse for this bad service, I have been coming to your dealership for yrs and usually have got good service. I have bought 2 cars from you over the past several years and several of my friends have to.
We are taking her car in on 8-15-23 for rear brakes. I hope the service is what it use to be or I will never return
We will see another service representative as recommended by your sales manager. Mario has the worst customer service I have experienced at any dealership I have been to. He is worthless and has cost you near 100k in business from me.
