Annette Giironta is a excellent service adviser, she will do everything in her capacity to help her customers of their needs and will explain everything so you will understand what’s going on and your vehicle, that’s the reason I keep coming back to Ken Grody, everybody in that area are very nice, all 4 service advisors are excellent, they will make sure that you are taken care of once you enter that area of the service advisors, thank you Annette and the rest of the team for making our visit very stress free and easy.
