Carlos was very helpful and informative. The transmission mechanic just happened to be there, I think his name was Peter, while I was checking in and Carlos let me talk to him and he was very knowledgeable about these questionable 10 speed transmissions and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both were very professional and seemed to be very competent and well versed at their job. Great experience over all and I would definitely recommend Villa Ford.

Only issue was when the car was returned to my house, the person that drove it had a foul smell that lingered in the car. Don’t mean to call any specific person out but you might want to make sure in the future the people that drive the cars are more hygienic. I tell people the complimentary pick up and delivery is great but it was like that Sinfeld episode! If you know, you know ????
