The representative attempted to add additional cost to the original quote the following day. I called another local Ford dealer that could have completed the same work for $100 less than our originally quoted price.

Not satisfied. Went in for an oil change and needed him to look into my deep sleep battery issue. He basically dismissed my concerns. Recommend a 20k mile service. Basically said my battery was 100%. Didn't even document my concerns on the original paperwork for the techs. Not pleased.
