I dropped off the car for a recall and an issue that we have had with its monitor and phone connectivity. Although I had an appointment, he notified me at the end of the first day that they couldn't do any of the repair tasks and they would need to keep the car overnight. On the second day, he called again and notified me that in order to do the connectivity repair, he would need to keep the car for a minimum of one or possibly two more nights. That is when I decided to get the car back as I needed the car and he didn't even provide a loaner.
