Don’t need to call me but this is about the wait when i had an appointment. I spoke to Brian when i first got there. When he found out i had an appointment he told me i had to speak to victor which is fine. Victor was not there and they had to call him. Took a while like 5-8 minutes and he had to ask what i needed again, even though Brian asked me and i had an appointment. The service took two hours and was going to take longer but i declined the carwash because he said it would take another 20 minutes. No sorry no apology for the long wait... for the wheel lock i had to go to parts when Brian said he would handle — victor said i had to find out on my own. By the way when he said 20 more minutes for a car wash i actually waited 20 minutes just to get my car. Imagine if i didn’t decline the car wash... they left trash in my car and my seat and wheel were adjusted ... it’s small things but other dealers who have done my oil change seldom have done this or at least moved it back. Oh and they changed my oil drain plug on a new car? No explanation other then it was broken and had to change it? No picture? Couldn’t bring it to me? Couldn’t ask? I felt almost like i was being taken advantage of because he knew i had reward points. That and the wheel locks i bought which are on back order came with no receipt? He said he would call me when they arrived but I’m not so sure ...

On another note, please save your Robellini palm tree from dying. It's the one closest to entrance to parts and payment. Has a fungus or problem. They all need water. Please don't let them die. I enjoy seeing all your palm trees! :)

My husband took the car for a regular service and they told him it would be $180 for an alignment. We paid for full service and extended warranty when we bought our car. So imagine how surprised I was when for the first time since buying this car or the many other cars from ford in orange (Main and Katella) when told there would be a charge of $180.00 for alignment! This is ridiculous it never happened when we took it for service at the ford of Orange (Katella and Main) where we have built a great relationship with. This is our first time at Villa Ford of Orange and it was not a very good experience!

Hi, I dropped the car at around 10 AM and we agreed that I’ll pick it back up at around 2:30 PM. However, no one reached out to me and I’ve called multiple departments and no one picked up the phone. the next day I called and spoke to Sheldon and I expressed that I am not happy about the service because I needed the car this morning. However, I didn’t feel like I was heard. I was explaining that I did not get a callback, he told me that he called me and and then I told him I do not have any calls or voice messages and I can show him if he wants once I get back in the dealership. he then put me on hold( without saying he’s going to) and got back to me and then he told me oh well I called you at around three or something and then I was explaining to him that he might have called the wrong number and then he put me back on hold again without telling me he is is going to put me on hold for both times. To me it just felt like he might not have wanted to hear me express my dissatisfaction. and then he told me well look we’re not gonna sit here and debate whether you have been called or you called back I’m sorry about the miscommunication and I can give you the car now. However, I still didn’t feel like I was heard and the way he worded his sentence seemed to me a lbit rude “ we’re not gonna sit here and debate about this” also it seemed like Oh brush it off. Also, I got my spare key battery replaced and i thought that it’s going to be included in the service at least. and I got a bill for 15 bucks which is too much for a battery you can find for about a dollar to at any store. Although the worker I believe his name is Johnny that works in front of the cashier that replaced the battery was really nice and I liked him that’s why I did not complain after I was charged that much. however I still think 15 bucks is too much for a dollar or less battery

Overall I had a decent experience. Dustin was great, but there’s some opportunity with the rest of the team. My recall items were not examined, the service took 2+ hours when it was quoted at 1.5, my mileage was recorded inaccurately (added 10K!), and it took a bit to get the details of the complimentary service straightened out. Everyone was friendly though, and did seem like they wanted to help me.

I bought this truck CPO in March of 2020. The very next day, the sunroof (which is under the inspection of CPO) failed to close. A week later, they fixed it and I thought I was good. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it and I wasted an hour waiting, but it was fixed and I was happy.
Fast forward 6 months and I noticed when I went through a car wash the sunroof was leaking horribly. I always thought there was a lot of wind noise, but thought it was normal. I took it in, they evaluated it and said yep, this should've been caught and they will be fixing it. After hearing NOTHING for a week, I called and said I needed my truck back for a trip I was taking when would it be done. Carlos then went on to explain another dealership previously did the repairs and obviously messed up and you guys were working with Ford/Farview to see who was going to pay for it. All the time I'm w/o my truck. You guys did arrange for a car rental (after the work was approved), so I am grateful that. Carlos said he'd discuss it and get back to me. A week later and nothing. I'm wasting so much of my valuable time checking in and following up with you all. Everyone agrees the sunroof should be fixed, no one wants to take responsibility so I get stuck with a truck that I can't take through a car wash???? Luckily it doesn't rain much here.
I don't see why I have to wait around why you guys get all your ducks in a row.
I previously left feedback with absolutely no follow up. I'll be surprised if anyone even reads this and follows up.
