Disappointed that I needed a new tire but it was not in stock. Also not happy that the tires are less than one year old (purchased at Ford of Orange) and was not offered any sort of discount.

Every time I make an appointment, they never “have time” to take care of any of the recalls or things I need taken care of (warning on driver screen, truck alignment is off)... I made an appointment to take care of everything at once & specified on the appointment that it wasnt just for “scheduled maintenance”. Pretty frustrating when I took a whole day off work to handle this & I drive 40 minutes from Whittier.

Worst service ever ! The advisor Edgar Barron assisting me with my vehicle did not provide any updates as he mentioned that he would. I had to keep texting/calling him to provide me updates this is already the second time. The first time was back on 08/10/2020, I didn’t leave a bad review but due to this circumstance in which my vehicle was kept for a week is why I’m leaving this review. Especially because Edgar mentioned to me in a text, If I can come to the shop to test drive with the foreman as the issue may only be occurring with me. But honestly would not want to go there again for any kind of service but due to the vehicle having warranty there I have NO CHOICE. Even the director Baron Peoples assisting me was trying to charge me $170 for the technicians time which they had mentioned in the first place that they would not charge me. I have not dealt with any other advisor so I can’t speak regarding them but the advisor that assisted me lacks communication skills and providing quality customer service. If I was to go again I would be asking for another advisor and not him. I’m not satisfied at all. My vehicle stayed there for a whole week due to his poor communication.
