Marcus was Amazing! He kept me informed of his impending arrival, so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he was very polite and professional and did a outstanding job of explaining to me in terms I could understand what services had been completed. He advised me of some issues I should keep an eye out for as my vehicle gains more miles and thanked me for the opportunity to service my vehicle. Glen was great help . I was told it was fixed but soon as I got home I checked my car it was leaking coolant again, not even five minutes after I got home . So j called glen right away took it back it was finally fixed properly. I don’t know if it wasn’t fixed the first time if that’s the case then it’s really unprofessional if they try to rip their customers . I was disappointed with this dealer being a car owner you think they will take care of it . But if you have to check your car if it is was done right it’s scary . Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else . Only good thing Glen was a big help
