Victor was able to diagnose the problem with my car immediately and the problem was fixed within an hour. Victor even helped me transfer my groceries to my son’s car which I thought was especially good customer service .

I’m a new customer and this was only my second Service appointment. I was scheduled for the Works Package @ $65; an oil change, tire rotation, safety check and car wash. Per my paperwork, I received an oil change (doesn’t even say what oil was used or what oil filter was installed) and a safety checklist. No tire rotation or car wash. My first experience was absolutely amazing so I can understand what happened this time around. I drive to you from my home in Irvine because you came highly recommended. Again, I’m extremely dissatisfied with this service experience and would appreciate some compensation for my trouble. Thanks.

Hi, Edgar was very nice and he communicated to me during the whole process about when I could get my car and about how long it takes. He was great, no issues with him at all. However, when I got there yesterday another gentleman helped me get my car checked in and brought me to his register since Edgar was with another customer, where he proceeded to try and up sell me on all kinds of various services for my car. I have been coming to Villa Ford for over 20 years and have purchased three cars there and regularly bring them ALL in for service. I don’t know how many times I call ahead and say I’d like a specific service done on my car and they try and add more by the end of my visit. I’m so sick of it. I come in so often I know what needs to be done. I’m seriously considering never coming there again because of this. I wanted an oil change this last time and to fix the recalled suspension rod but before I know it I need a new alignment on the front of my car, a full tune up and various other services totaling $455.00 or something ridiculous like that. Please in the future, if my car is being serviced and it needs something tell me, but don’t try and add things to my $65.00 oil change because I’m a girl, it’s not very nice. Robyn P

Cars repairs are usually emotional & expensive. Glen is very thorough with explaining the problem & solutions. He gives you options and plans. He’s very patient and addresses all questions & concerns. Glenn keeps you updated on the progress & completion.

Great advisor! I was switched over to a new one because he had an emergency to attend to, but overall Sheldon and Brian were amazing, called to give me updates and took my vehicle back in no problem.

Joel was very helpful and was able to have me in and out of there with a new battery in 30 minutes!! Time is money and I appreciate the quick turn around!

He was very patient with me. I was upset when I came in but he did a good job explaining everything. Twice he looked up price options for me after I released the vehicle to him and appreciate his time and never acting like I was interfering with his work.
