When my car was serviced they did not put it all back together. 4 months later I needed a new battery and noticed the engine cover was missing. When I went back to ask about it, they first denied losing it. Then when records showed they did work on the engine they owned up to it. They placed an order for part, took 5 months to get! When I found one in IL and requested they call to get it, they suddenly had one come in the next day! When I had it installed they said they weren't going to charge me. Darn right! I have been going to Villa Ford for years, but the last 3 visits have been horrible service. Lucky I found another local mechanic in Orange. Better service and pricing. I still like Ford vehicles, but the service center is lacking.

Our car was not an easy fix. It had a persistent issue that required several attempts to correct. Carlos was always very helpful and polite through every step of the process. He was always easy to get ahold of and gave status updates whenever requested.
