I have had the pleasure of working with Villa Ford of Orange for the past seven years, and during that time, Carlos Ibarra has consistently been a standout professional. Recently, I received a promotion that required me to relocate to the Los Angeles office. While exciting, this transition came with some hesitation(we are a fleet account)—largely because I knew I’d be leaving behind the exceptional service experience Carlos has always provided. Promptly took care of me, even though I had not made an appt. When needed parts were not available, I was sent on my way with a loner car, great service, that's why I keep returning to Villa Ford, even tho there are other dealers closer to my home.

Richard provided excellent customer service, he was professional and communicate communicated well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard and the exceptional customer service he provided. He was kind, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly professional every step of the way. He took what could have been a very challenging situation and made it as positive and stress-free as possible.

Rich was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He was a good communicator and let me know what was going on at each step. I was very happy with his help.

Service was good, final delivery driver was good but the scheduling was a bit chaotic. Received a message stating delivery will be at 11:30am while I scheduled for 1:30pm. Left work to pick up my car from deliver location and I believe the wrong car was sent here. Then requested delivery again at 1:30 and received a message stating it will be at 2:45pm. Had to make multiple calls and felt very chaotic and disorganized.

Quick response, very personal, kept me updated, explain all the parts that were needed, and where they were coming from and when they were expected, and when he expected my car to be finished, very thorough

Ford can’t seem to properly fix my Ford, so I’ll likely be back in a month or two when the check engine light comes back on for a 3rd time.
