Do the service that I asked for. I asked for a tire rotation and balance and they didn’t balance my tires and I wouldn’t had known if I didn’t ask. When I ask Victor why they didn’t balance them, he said cause it’s a additional $50 and I said that’s fine I know, I asked for the service so why would it not be done. During the the time that I asked for the service, he could’ve told reassured me of the pricing than not after I pick it up and tell me they didn’t do cause it $50. I pay for it every 3-4 months, I just think it was wrong and rude to assume that I wasn’t going to pay for it when I requested the service

Jose Soto was great . Annoyed I says my wiper fluid low. I got a 25k Mile service . Jose said as you’d expect obviously the wiper fluid would be filled . I paid $30 bucks (actually $55 long story ) of Ubers to go to orange to Villa for service . I have 3 fords . I will keep going btw. I like the people. But anyhow , I keep getting low wiper fluid message . So guys in service overlooked . Makes you wonder what else is overlooked . Thanks Marc
