My family and I were set to leave on vacation Saturday morning. I picked up our motorhome the day before and as I’m driving home the “check engine light” came on. I called Fairway Ford and asked if they could quickly check the vehicle for codes. They said no. In a panic I called Villa Ford where Carlos told me he could run the test and let me know if it was safe to take our vehicle on vacation. We had a great time on vacation, and after returning, Carlos arranged the necessary repairs. Villa Ford has my business going forward!

Trying to use FordPass points to buy seat covers. After our salesman walks us back to parts, then service, parts again, cashier (to find out they had bumped the price from $289 to $400) then parts again to adjust price, service again, because why not, cashier again, 2 different charges to get everything paid for...45 minutes later and aggravation levels maxxed out, we were done and allowed to leave... WHY SO DIFFICULT?!?!?!

The whole process for me was outstanding. I used chat for information and to receive a callback from service which I received. I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived for my service appointment I met Carlos and he listened to what I wanted and he showed me what Ford recommended for 80,000 mile service with no pressure which I appreciated.
