I had an issue with a special order part that was needed which I got Ford Customer Service rep involved to expedite the part due to recall but when my part was received, it was given to another customer. I spoke with Mike in Parts Dept that this was unacceptable as it delayed me getting my car back by a week longer. However, Mike made it right by giving me a good deal on a wheel upgrade that I wanted. All this time, hats off to Domingo as my Service Advisor as he ensured I was kept informed and did an outstanding job at ensuring I was satisfied with their service.
