Would have been nice to gave a greeter or someone walk up to us when we drove up…1 other car un the service drive. We were waiting for about 10 mins until we walked inside to see several writers behind computers. We waited another 10 mins before someone acknowledged us and asked to help. Service writer was professional and courteous. The service completed on our truck seems to have been diagnosed and addressed well. Thank you!

It took me an hour in the cashier line to check out. I think they had people call out that day. But the girl that was working was way slow. No sense of urgency what do ever.
I doubt I will go back there for service.
My time on my weekends are limited & I was not planning to spend all of my morning there.

Carlos was great. When I picked up my car Saturday afternoon, he was even helping the cashier in what was a time of SEVERE need which may have saved your dealership's reputation and integrity. If not for his help at the cashier desk, I have no doubt that many of the customers present that afternoon would never return due to the disgusting display unprofessionalism and intoxication by his female colleague at the cashier desk which was obvious to many. Carlos saved the day, not just for me, but more so for Villa Ford.
