Service rep did not throughly explain the process to me as far as windshield repair when I dropped my car off 4/5. I was advised that in order for replacement to occur, I would have to file a glass claim with my insurer & present to the rep that claim was filed for repair to occur. I did that the same day and they were able to replace my windshield on 4/11. I was informed 4/12, when I picked up my vehicle that Ford would not accept rates State Farm provided (my insurer) which caused me to pay $1,297.50 out of pocket! I have a $0 deductible plan for windshield replacement through State Farm & opted out of having Safelite replace my windshield originally after learning Ford could do it instead. Had I know how much Ford was going to charge me for the windshield prior to replacement or more on their process in order to have the windshield replaced without having to pay out of pocket, I would have stuck with my original option, Safelite, and not pay out of pocket. I left the dealership very disappointed as I had no expectation of paying for service out of pocket. Please note my car is still fairly new and I have been in and out of the shop atleast 5 times on multiple issues that have yet been resolved.

I took my my car to get it serviced to have the fan relay replaced. When I picked up my car from your dealership, the audio in my car was not working from the radio or even Bluetooth. I know for a fact my Radio and everything that had to do with the audio was working perfectly before your mechanics touched it. When I informed Carlos of the issue, he immediately was defensive saying they nothing to do with it. After I had to bring my car in for a second time to fix the issue they caused, he proceeded to tell me now the audio modulator needed to be replaced which would be an additional $1098 on top of what I already had to pay. I am completely dissatisfied and will take this up with higher management to file a complaint.
