I had an appointment @‘9:00 on 4/12 for a recall on my 2020 Escape. I spoke with Shelton on 4/10 to confirm the recall part would b ready to install on 4/12. He said we were all set for the 9:00 appointment. I arrived @ 9:05 4/12 & was told they had no recall part to install. So yes I’m very unhappy & inconvenienced with this Ford experience today so I returned home with loss of confidence on my service experience ????????????

I was offered a “the works” package for my 2002 f250 7.3 and the service writer was trying to not honor that package deal of $179.99 and instead try and charge me $289. Next the inspection that was done was mediocre to say the least. The package deal consist of a inspection and when asked about the squeak/squeal the service writer/ technician had no comments and or did not notice it. The tire rotation was not performed because of “wrong lug nuts” and or damaged. yet it was performed by villa ford of orange previously when I received my last oil change “the works” package. My fluids were also not topped off as included with the package.

I was pleased with 8/11 SUV oil change service.
On 8/12 auto service on a 2016 Ford Fusion I was not happy with the service. Yes I was shocked at the cost of repair. Since I did not have the recommended service done I was also surprise at the cost to access the repairs. I was not happy today and strongly considering not to return for future auto/suv service.

When I dropped off my car they should have told me they wouldn't get to it until 2 days later. It was very inconvenient for me and when I called the first time I was 7th in line! I could have brought back my car instead of Villa Ford keeping it for 3 days before diagnosis.
