I was told when I authorized the work to be done was 1300.00 I picked up my car much to my surprise my bill was 1755.00. There was work performed on my brake light that resulted in 485.00 for work to a brake light in which i was told after the fact that a blub was changed out But i also see testing and replacement of a fuse etc .This work should have been brought to my attention before correcting it. I live ona fixed income and told joe at 1300 that would all Iwould be able to afford at this time. The difference in charges is way too extreme to accept, but I believe brake light asay is the difference and i did not authorize that. If that is the case or not i feel this not what I was told I would have never authorized almost 1800 dollars of work when my income is only 1300.00 I am in shock over this . I also ask joe to have the service department check my camera asI think it is under warranty yet, since I was paying a diagnostic fee but that was not addressed which means Iwill have to bring it back and have my car **** for days again and rent another car. I am sorry tk have to complain but something is just not right.

My car wasn’t put back together. The battery was left uncovered. On top of everything that happened with my brand new car stopping in the middle of the road and then needing to have it towed from Laguna Niguel, I had to leave it with the service department for a week. I was given a loaner which was great but bring that I was told they didn’t know how long it would take but it would be a while, I needed to use the loaner like I would my regular car. That is proving to be much worse than if I just did enterprise. I needed to move my dogs around which I always have a hammock across the whole back to prevent damage. There were little dots and specks across the loaner but apparently they need to check with the manager because there was dog hair and they found a small dent in the door. I was told I need to pay for the car to be detailed for a minimum of $185. I get that the policy is no dogs but this situation was a little different and I could have taken it to get cleaned for less than $50. You left my car torn apart but I’m getting charged for there being a little dog hair. The next time my new car dies in the middle of the road, since there was no guarantee it won’t happen again, I will definitely rent from enterprise and you can cover the rental cost. That would have been much easier to deal with.

When it was time to pick her up, all the paperwork was all squared away prior to my arrival which made my rental return and vehicle pickup very smooth and hiccup free.
