Was told we needed to leave the truck overnight. Next day we were told there were 10 more vehicles in front of us and it may be a couple more days before it could be looked at. Making appointments is a waste of time here. Second time we picked up a truck and took it to another dealer to have warranty repairs made.1st time you had my truck 4 days and still hadn't looked at it. Good dealer to purchase but your service dept needs help.

After picking up my vehicle I noticed that something was not right and after checking the system that was inspected by your technician I noticed that the Abs module connector was left unplugged and also the brake booster sensor connector was unplug and damaged. Not a professional inspection that I was expected

Please do not contact me. Just a couple of suggestions 1 When I first came to drop off my car, a man came outside and shake his head at me and said we’re too busy. When I said I had an appointment, he didn’t seem too happy. 2. When you say you’re going to call someone back, please call them back. 3. When you have a phone call to authorize additional services and someone ask you to email them the information please do that. Actually that should be a standard practice. On there plus side: Your cashier was extremely kind Thank you for finding an error in your estimate so I didn’t have to pay as much.
