I went there mostly to have the wiper blades replaced. When I picked up the truck I was almost home when I realized the wiper blades hadn't been replaced even though the documentation said the wiper blades have been replaced. So I drove back to the dealer waited for him to replace the wiper blades while I had a cup of coffee and then I drove home. It's quite an inconvenience

Very satisfied with the whole experience. It was a nice surprise with the transportation and delivery service. I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to drop my vehicle off and getting a ride back home and having my vehicle delivered. I was able to get my vehicle serviced and not bug another person to help me with transportation. Would love this service to continue!

He did very well on the service on both vehicles. But, there were greasy fingerprints on the hoods of both vehicles. The reminders labels fell off the next day. I do appreciate the reminders stickers.

Things may have gotten busy. It took longer than I was told to get my batteries replaced. I also had to call to get my vehicle status at 3 in the afternoon the following day. I was not contacted by villa park Ford regarding my vehicle status. Not complaining just letting service know where they can improve. You can’t fix it, if you do not know it is not working.
