Our family has been a customer since 1963. I’ve been a customer since 2000. We have bought all our vehicles from Ford over the years. I drive a Ford F150, Both of children drive Escapes. My wife a 2023 Explorer. I brought all 3 cars in for service the past two days. Your cashiers need to improve their service. They were indifferent and rude. When I payed for one of the invoices I told them they gave me back too much money. They didn’t even acknowledge they made a mistake and I told to double check. They were rude. Then when I picked up my truck I asked the service tech if there was anything I needed to address and he said you need new windshield wipers. When I got home and read the report, it said that I needed new rear brakes soon that they were at 4 mm and that I needed a brake flush and both of the items stated that customers does not want work done. The service technician never discussed this with me. Very disappointing. I bring my vehicles in for service at the recommended dates always.

Great job. Only thing I’m concerned about is Villa Ford changed out my rims and tires but did not supply a lug nut socket to fit, tech said he’d check to see if VP could get me one, so if I get a flat I have the appropriate lug nut socket.

Completely is probably not the proper word. I was very satisfied with Joel’s service but was not happy with the news from the mechanic telling me that I had a leaky transmission line to the radiator? I’d like to see the faulty line after having it repaired/replaced.
Joel was very polite and very efficient and took care of me immediately. Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the whole transaction. I’m thankful for the service that I received and would continue to bring my vehicle here for service based on just Joles professional care.
