I will be seeking a refund for services because I am unsatisfied with the work. The long story short is there was water contamination in my Power Steering fluid of my 2008 F250 6.4. Admittedly it was my fault. I brought it in to have the system flushed but was later given a call that mentioned three things, 1) The mechanic said the system could not be flushed and had no power steering near full lock out in either direction, this was not true because I drove it home that day without issue. 2) It would need to have the power steering pump and reservoir replaced. 3) It’s possible that more work including the hydroboost and gearbox would need to be replaced if the items listed on (2) did not resolve the issue. So the bill would at minimum be $1900 but could increase based on additional parts being replaced on (3). At this point red flags went up in my head because I know for a fact that water contamination in the steering fluid could not contaminate the gearbox because they’re entirely separate systems. I took my vehicle home, figured out how to flush the system myself and did it in 15 minutes for half the cost I initially spent to have it “professionally flushed”, now the liquid is clean and clear. I did it myself when faced with $2000 potential bill for work that I did not believe needed to be done to my truck. ’ll be keeping the bottles of steering fluid with what I flushed out after having it flushed out at your dealer with how it looks now that I flushed it in my driveway. It’s a night and day difference. I am highly unsatisfied with the work and lack of effort put in to complete the work I paid for.

Sheldon is a great service advisor. He is personable and professional. I always schedule him as my service advisor whenever my vehicle needs service.

Two days and the vehicle wasn’t touched. Just needed to install left fender paint protection. 1 day was told it was curing, 2nd day was told person didn’t show up for work. I took bronco back.

Joe was very helpful, service was fast.

Only concern was the difficulty getting the part in timely manner. Took over a week. Not Sheldon’s fault. Ford could do better having spare parts available

Great service. The only issue is that I waited for almost 3 hours for an oil change to my 2019 Ford Ranger.

Cannot stress how professional this gentleman is. He should be managing the service line and I came from Ford Tustin Autonation where he could easily replace the guy they have there. Regardless of their inability to deliver a good experience, Domingo is no stranger to this. He delivered an experience unparalleled to any other service line. I have no doubt Villa ford is giving him incredible support but the man Domingo is a one person army when it comes to delivering exquisite customer services. Cannot stress how great he is, and I hope to see him go up within the company as we continue to do business with Villa ford as a direct result of Domingo. He captured my cold call and was able to navigate myself being fed up with the service line entirely with professionalism at every turn. He should be used as a template for the rest of your team.

Joel in the service department was awesome he took great care of my wife’s car and me service was fast and car was clean
