The main reason I was not fully satisfied was I was waiting for the vehicle to be repaired in your waiting room. And for what was a simple repair it took much longer in my vehicle was not addressed as quickly as I feel it should have been from the time I got there. Yes there was other vehicles that came in before me and a few that came in after me and left before me even. The part which was a horn that needed to be replaced was already in the dealer and that's a fairly quick change on a super duty. But all the staff was very nice and friendly other than just taking a little bit longer than I would have expected or feel it should have. All the other experiences when I've been into the dealer have been fantastic.

Sheldon isn’t helpful and doesn’t listen. After being misdiagnosed twice the last 2 times I brought it in, my truck was in for 10 days and wasn’t even worked on. I had called Sheldon a few time the first week asking for an update because as I explained to him it’s a work truck and I had to rent a truck to continue working. He kept telling me it was in the middle of diagnosis and he’d call em with an update. I waited 5 days, called again and Sheldon tells me they are just getting ready to start the diagnosis. I canceled the service at that time. There is much more detail and several trips to this issue but the final result is that I don’t plan on returning
