It was peculiar that after three months of waiting, when I came back in with an alternative TSB that by all indications applied to my vehicle by searching my VIN number, by the symptoms identified in the TSB, that I seemed to be brushed off on and told it didn’t apply to my VIN even though the ford website pulled it up when I searched for my VIN and another service dept told me it did, that I was fast talked around it and talked in circles to brush it off, that all of a sudden THAT day is when an arrival date for the part was available. The whole experience, the APIM failure, the software update that maxes out the memory and causes the screen to forget settings, get stuck in camera mode, forget what mode it should be in, the service experience, the lack of response from Ford Customer Care, has turned me off of Ford as a brand and I’m looking at getting back into a Toyota. The ONLY good part of this was that it actually showed up a day earlier than anticipated and that I received a call and didn’t have to follow up on my own. Villa Ford is conveniently located but the experience has been anything but convenient.

Always friendly, respectful and helpful. I stepped up to his desk this morning 8/22/23, and he stopped working on his paperwork on his desk to get my car in for service as quickly as possible.
