I ordered parts for my Spear tire that came off and when I came in they couldn't find it. Long story sort. Victor was no hep!!! I had to wait for others parts to come in Back up camera and sun visor to come in. When that all came in and the fix that. My spare tire mount was not There. I told Victor and showed him the guy in the parts department order it and it was there. I wasted all day going back and forth to finally got it done. SMFH. Bad communication.

Midday on Saturday I received a text message stating that my vehicle service was almost complete, I never received any notification or call before 4 pm when the service center closes. I called at 4:06 pm and no one picked up . Now my vehicle has been at the dealership since Friday and it is now Sunday at 7:05 pm and I still do not know the status and we are having to make other transportation arrangements so we can get to work on Monday. That to me is piss poor communication

Look, you have a problem with timing. If I get a text saying my car is almost ready and then I don’t get a call for two and a half hours, I start to feel a bit strung along. And then when I get said call, I’m told that my car is going into the wash and will be ready in 20 minutes. But I show up an hour later and my car has not been washed. This is not the first time that you guys have dropped the ball on this. I know this is a complimentary thing and I figure I’ve been to Villa Ford about thirty times for service and maybe 10% of the time something like this happens. (Of course, this always happens after I have paid!) If 90% is the best you can do at keeping your word, why do I have to keep paying full price? I expect a hefty discount and an apology the next time I go in for service. Please note that on the computer. I’m not interested in talking about it with a representative, I’m only interested in you noting it so that I get better service and pay less next time. Thanks, Garrett W

When I came to the dealer, the number of miles on my car was initially input incorrectly by about 1,000 miles. I was told the 15000 mile service would be $500 + tax. This number seemed high and while waiting I went back to question the amount since Kelly Blue Book was saying my service should be less than $200. I was told that Kelly Blue Book doesn’t know what Ford recommends. I then looked up what Ford recommends on its own site. It did not say anything about a wheel alignment, oil conditioner, fuel conditioner, or engine compression restoration. I was then told it was not what Ford recommends, it was what “industry standards” recommend. When I asked if I could be shown the source of these industry recommendations neither the service rep or manager could show me. So basically as far as I can tell there was a bunch or extra work that was done on my car beyond what any official source I could be shown was recommended. I will acknowledge that ultimately I was given approximately $100 off, but it still left me with the sense that I cannot trust what is being told to me up front on what is required. Without any inspection, Villa Ford is simply going to do any and all optional add-ons and I would have to be savvy enough to question it up front.
