Joel was great about keeping me in the loop in regards to my truck. Work was done quick. There was a small miscommunication that got resolved. Had my truck delivered to my work upon completion of the service so I didnt have to take time out of my day, and someone elses day, to go pick it up. I always take my truck to Villa Ford for any type of work

He cut straight to the point and made me aware the issues that were wrong with my vehicle without pressing me to make decisions on the spot.
