Associate Joe Gutierrez assisted me with the repairs to my vehicle . He was super! I was given a Lyft ride two times courtesy of Villa Ford. Once to home after I dropped off my vehicle and one back to the dealership to pick up a loaner car. The car was new and drove like a dream. This loaner car was beyond helpful enabling me to keep appointments and have transportation. Joe kept me informed at all times on the progress of the inspection of my car and repairs and timeline’s. Domingo Naranjo exemplifies customer service at its best. If you need someone to train all of Ford Motor Company’s employees how to exceed customer expectations, Domingo would be able to fill that spot. He takes the time to listen and you never feel like you are a waste of his time. He will make sure that his team fixes the problem. I am 1.5 miles away from chino hills Ford, but will continue to travel to vila Ford for service and even my next Ford because I have peace of mind that I will be taken care of. Thank you.
