David Wilson's Villa Ford Auto Repair Service Center

I would like to share my service experience with Villa Ford’s service department. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:20 a.m. and arrived exactly on time. When I checked in, there were two customers ahead of me, and everyone was patiently waiting their turn without any issues. Shortly after, a Ford Explorer arrived on a flatbed tow truck. Instead of waiting in line like the rest of us, the tow truck pulled directly into the service area to unload the vehicle. At that point, there were also at least two additional customers waiting behind me. Rather than assisting the customers who were already in line, Rick, the service advisor, immediately went to help the tow truck customer. This left myself and several others waiting without any acknowledgment. I continued waiting until approximately 10:50 a.m., when Domingo was finally able to help me check in. During this entire time, no one asked whether I had an appointment or if I was a walk‑in customer. This made me question the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. I was very disappointed that Rick did not recognize or reorganize the line, or even acknowledge the customers who had been waiting patiently, and instead prioritized a customer who appeared eager to unload their Explorer from the flatbed. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I had taken the time to schedule an appointment and arrive on time. My comment does not affect Domingo’s excellent service. He is always willing help and friendly. My car was ready within 3 hours and communicate well by Domingo.

Chris was on top of things and kept me up on the progress.

As per usual, always exceptional service I highly recommend Villa Ford for your service needs

I do not wish to be contacted, I just didn’t feel welcomed or any hostility at all. Also they didn’t reset the oil life percentage.

Joel was great. He was courteous and professional. I was happy with the speed of the repair. I am not so happy with the labor rate. It seems exorbitant. I will not bring my car in again unless I think it is going to be covered under warranty because of that.
