Jane is as good as they get in regards to customer service, paying attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism. She is the real deal and the reason her customers feel like they are in good hands and well taken care of.

Turnaround time was exceptional. I dropped my vehicle off around 10am and received a call back around 2:30 stating it’s ready for pick up. The service adviser was very polite and friendly, I believe his name is Rick. Overall very happy with my first time experience with Villa Ford.

Villa Ford did an amazing job and provided me with a very clean loaner vehicle while my suv was in for service. They replaced my transmission which was under factory warranty and it only took a week. Great staff!
