You wanted to charge $225 for a diagnostic service because my car arrived not able to turn on. I was told that it was just my battery that needed a replacement but they did a multi point inspection which I did not ask for and had nothing to do with the electrical integrity of the vehicle. They check things like tires and brakes, which I know has nothing to do with the reason that my car was not working, and I did not ask for it and then you charged me for it. I do not appreciate you trying to attack on extra charges and money when all I asked was for the reason my car wasn’t turning onto to be diagnosed.

I had an appointment 3/30 that I made 5 days earlier. I dropped my Explorer off Sunday night. I was first in line for service Monday morning plus I had an appointment. I was told at 4:00 pm that they didn’t have the parts to fix my vehicle. This is an important safety recall and the parts are now on back order. I’m very disappointed that these parts weren’t there for this work! I picked up my Explorer at 5:00 pm and now have to do this all over again when the parts come in. Robert L
