I made my service reservation on-line, I listed what needed to be done (including replacing my rear brakes). When I arrived for my appointment, the details of my service seemed to be a surprise and I was ultimately told my breaks could not be done during my service visit. I was asked to come back another day for my brakes, I feel that I should have been notified of the issue when I made my reservation instead of when I arrived; I would have gone to another dealership if I knew it was going to require a second trip. This is a significant inconvenience for me, I will look to go elsewhere for future service needs on my two Ford vehicles.

I did the works package. I’m happy that I had tonwait less than what what I was told. But when my vehicle was ready I was only told to start thinking about changing my battery. And when I paid and was given my paperwork it was written there that they recommend battery change but the customer denied the service and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted that service done.
