I was in trouble. I have a large motorhome. I called your service department for help we were in Orange County where I know nobody got a hold of Ford because we’re on a F 600 chassis they didn’t know if you worked on that type of large vehicles, but I went there anyway Called first talk to a service tech absolute wonderful service. They said I wouldn’t fit inside pull up by the service drive up area and they came out recalculated the computer system to the truck in an hour later I was on my way home to Brookings Oregon. I am confused by installation pricing for Ford Accessories. I am interested in adding the factory tow hitch to my vehicle. If I go online to the ford.com website, under parts, I can select the parts (hitch and wiring harness), and add installation. Total for both online is $989.00.
When asked at Villa Ford, I was quoted $499 for the parts and $1,200 for the labor. Price matching to the Ford website was not offered.
