Usually I am satisfied with my experience here, having purchased the truck from Villa Ford. I figured this would be the best place to service it as well, however for the second consecutive time I have been less than satisfied with the service I have received, this time especially. I understand some situations with customers and customer service representatives are a bit more complicated and challenging to come to a resolution and understanding than others, but none quite like this visit come close to any I have experienced. I’m not one to create a non-preferable review as it tends to damage business and create havoc for the employee(s) involved, this is why I will not explain in full detail and will rather make a suggestion through this platform. I urge your business to not take situations as a laughing matter and feel frustrated enough to question a customers capacity to understand a situation and suggest they are attempting to receive free service. I understand that Villa Ford is a business of various proportion sales, service, etc. , in which it employs different personnel with specifics duties to serve there. I do not need to have any involvement for how a person gets paid or be educated on how my vehicle makes the technician money, especially when there was not a diagnosis made during a diagnostic service check with my vehicle. During this interaction I did not come across as rude, aggressive, or disrespectful to anyone I spoke to, though I am sure given a different person in my place this interaction would have escalated to undesirable level. All I ask is to be fair, respectful, understanding and personal with customers rather than see things from a business aspect only. Please care for your customers as if it was yourself. I’m a business partner myself and have come across scenarios of this sort countless times.
