Carlos was absolutely on the ball and handled everything professionally and quickly. The pick up and delivery service was awesome and the driver was friendly. The only thing I can add to this is that I think it’s usually customary for you to return the vehicle washed so I was a little disappointed With that.

When I called in to make an appointment I asked that the back lens on my truck was loose. Then when I brought it in I again asked that it be fixed as we could not reach the screws. After I picked up my car my husband noticed that it was not fixed. I’m taking the car to Vegas this weekend and I hope the lens does not fall off because it was not looked at. ????

Upon tire rotation being completed and vehicle being ready to pick up - after driving it out of your parking lot it caught my attention that something wasn’t right. I pulled back into your parking lot and a tech took the truck to the back. The weights on the tires were rubbing against the caliper and the tech said they they would just put the wheels back in their original configuration prior to the “tire rotation”
