I am not satisfied with the fact that the service technician who installed my heated steering wheel, scratched an interior trim piece with his tools.
That said, I am extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently Carlos Ibarra is working to resolve the issue. With Carlos I am highly satisfied.

I was very satisfied with the overall service I received, but disappointed that Villa Ford has discontinued their courtesy car wash service. I am hopeful that the Villa Ford management will reconsider their decision. The car wash service was one way of showing the customer that they are appreciated for their loyalty to the dealership. I have patronized Villa Ford since 2012.

I received a call yesterday telling me the vehicle was ready to be picked up this afternoon. I return my rental car came to the service desk. Talk to Joel. He looked it up and said no. The car is not ready time you gotta be kidding. You told me the technician was at lunch and he will get back to me when he got back from lunch. I was not happy the breakdown in communication between service in the front desk. Come to find out the truck was ready and was parked out front ready for pick up. Need to communicate better with your team.

Jane provided excellent customer service. She listens to what is needed and was extremely thorough in seeing that my needs were met . The mechanic was also very good in the report he did on what was checked during the service and what I might need in the future. The waiting area is very pleasant .
