I dropped my car off late Wednesday, and I was texted the next morning at 11:01am. I responded with a question that was never answered. Then I called the next morning at 10 and spoke to Sheldon and he said my car was getting looked at. Then got a text at 11:01 letting me know I could text any questions I had (even though no one responded to my original question).
My wife then called Friday evening and the person who answered the phone (not Sheldon) was extremely rude to her, and said it was never looked at yet. We then went the whole weekend with no update. I then got another text at 11:01 on Monday after I had already talked to Sheldon. We then got an astronomical estimate to rebuild the transmission, so then Tuesday morning got it towed somewhere to do the work for half the price. Then on Wednesday got a call from Sheldon asking “so what are we going to do with your car?”… the car has been gone for 24 hours.
Not only did we get rude service, but very automated messages without any acknowledge for it, and didn’t know the car left the lot, but then also twice as expensive. I’m willing to pay more for quality service, but you guys were neither.
