I had the worst experience and I will never go back to this dealership for service even though it’s 5 mins from my house. Unfortunately, this was the second bad experience. I was hoping on my second visit it would be better than the first , but it wasn’t.
You totally screwed up my car! You caused more problems than you fixed! You forced me to pay, and to fill out your survey at the cashier, BEFORE you would give me my car. Did you even check it? Did you even think about what was supposed to be fixed? You need to call me!!! I left two calls from my service advisor! I will be calling my credit card company to cancel payment tomorrow! You need to call me! If you’re not getting the message, you need to call me! Horrible, terrible, awful, and many more words I can’t even think of right now! Specifically, you screwed the sunroof, you screwed the electrical in the car, and you screwed the Mopar Stage 2 upgrade that was installed perfectly which I told you NOT TO TOUCH, and clearly it was touched (the buttons were dialed, depressed, and changed)
We took a caravan in to see why the check engine light was on. We were told that there would be a $185 diagnostic fee for that. We agreed. Then, we were told that the diagnostic fee would be over $700. We said no. The dealership did not tell us what was wrong and still charged the $185. Very bad. We will never go back. Seems like "bate and switch".

Terrible service, communication. Had my car for 4 days, i did nothing but chase for answers. Finally was told the car was ready to come pick it up. I get there and they hadnt done the oil change yet, nor did they address the security update. Its a dread every time i have to deal with Scott Robinson For service.
I got home and realized they didn’t rotate my tires correctly. They put the front on the back and the back on the front but did not cross the rear tires. The front left is supposed to go on the back right and the front Ray is supposed to go on the back left. I know it sounds small but now my tires are not going to wear properly. Do you need the rear tires to be rolling directionally in the opposite direction they were before the tire rotation. The only time that you do not cross tires when doing a rotation is if they are one directional tires which they’re not It’s just concerning that they can’t get a tire rotation correct it makes me wonder if the oil change was done right. Also they did not give me a sticker or any way to know when to come back for my next oil change.
My Ram 1500 truck was scheduled 7 days in advance. Took the truck in Monday morning and discussed the ongoing problem with the service rep. I explain the truck has been shutting down while on the road 4-5 times. Seems to reset its self after 10 hrs or so. After not hearing from the dealership (3) days I Decided to called to see how things were going. The technician said the truck stopped once on them but restarted. Still not finding the problem I decided to give them more time. Come Friday afternoon I called again and was told they still haven’t found the problem. I feel the dealership had enough time (5) working days to find the problem and repair whatever was causing the truck to shut down. I decided then base on the Technician feedback to pull the truck out and find another service department to hopefully find and fix the ongoing problem since the Technician was at a loss of words on what to do next.

Cesar had excellent customer service checking the car in.. However, When I scheduled the appointment I specifically asked for smog and recall- the representative said both can be done on a weekday.. I took off work to ensure both were done at your location. Cesar informed me that smog checks were never a service at this location. I also added to check tire pressure/PSI. Cesar indicated that can be done. While driving home I notice the PSI was not changed - so even though it was on the paperwork nothing was done. Your service department is misleading. The goal was to have smog, recall and tire PSI to be done and only 1 of 3 were accomplished at your location. To me I am very disappointed and in the future even though the dealership service department is ideal for issues - I will think twice if I really need to make an appointment with you vs someone outside.
He kelp in touch with me in regards to what was going on with my vehicle. That is very important to me.
