I took my car to check and they didn't find anything and as soon as I weigh it down to drive and it started to heat up, they are sure they checked it or no longer looked at it, they had it for 8 days. Not at all

Great attitude and kept me update to the status of car
My overall experience was not good. When AAA dropped my car off there, I spoke to Christian and told him what happened with my car. I left my key in my vehicle. I pointed to my Jeep, he acknowledged my Jeep. I went to set in the lobby. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours to find out that Christian left my car setting there. He never called or came to the waiting area to look for me. Very bad customer service. I spoke to the manager Brian about the situation. I was not satisfied with his response. There need to be additional training for the representatives in that office, especially Christian. The office made me feel like a piece of trash.

Brian is nice. I picked my car up and the check engine light was on. Ironically it wasn’t on when I dropped it off. I’m waiting until tomorrow to finish my 10 mile driving reset. Hybrid system didn’t work correctly on the drive home which was the original problem

My engine light was on and I can’t get my keep smogged Well got the call on what was wrong which was cool. They asked me if I wanted to get it fixed. Agreed. We’ll they never called when finished. I called. They said it was done. So I’m reading the report on the receipt. It’s says drive car a week before you get it smogged. Maybe someone should told me personally
