Communication about when car would be ready/how long the warranty repair would take was disappointing. I had call multiple times to get an estimate.
I make an appointment for my car to get the check engine light checked and it takes 3 days to hear back from the dealership. Just completely left in the dark and when I called I was told that my service specialist called out and no one could give me an update on my car.
Had to get engine mounts replaced . Haven't even made first payment and had to get something replaced it a certified pre owned car and the car wasn't even inspected before was put on the lot. They tried to charge me 100$ to fix there problem when the car was inspected supposedly before was put out to sell . Honestly I don't feel any safer in this vehicle at all knowing it wasn't inspected before was sold.
Yolanda was great, she was polite and acknowledged what we needed done to the car. Our only issue was when we pulled up to the dealer at 10:06, we were in one of the lanes to wait for a service rep to come out and check us in, a gray Jeep came after us and when the service rep came out she asked who was next, the person in the gray Jeep said “me” ... I was obviously there before her and I told Yolanda that, she acknowledged that and apologized. Please let your reps know that they should pay attention to who was there first

The end result was great. They took care of me in the end, but i sat there for 6 hrs without any word on what was going on witb the vehicle. I had to go back to the service advisors myself to get any news.
It would have been great to receive sone updates during that time
The service was not covered by the warranty, an oil change on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles should be covered.

No advantage having an extended warranty if you still charge me $ 176.75 to test the battery which I already told your worker, and then I’ll be charge 375.00 to have it changed,
Took much longer than we thought. Car stayed there for 2 nights. We needed an oil change, key wasn't working, and navagation system didn't seem to work right. After 2 nights, we picked up our truck, but still need to wait on key and navagation. We were just a bit surprised. We were not called and updated each day. We had to call you. Was not impressed with our first service appt. Sorry.

I made appointment two weeks ago to replace right turn signal. Went to the appointment and they said they had to order the part I had told them I needed and they’d call me when in. Why didn’t they order the part I said I needed when I made appointment?!?!
Humberto was amazing. I'm a corporate customer service manager within the auto parts industry and I would hire him, for sure! He is a fine young man.
