For the record, my sales advisor, David Dew, was fantastic. His PERSONAL REVIEW Should reflect that he was outstanding, in fact the best representative of this dealership that I have dealt with so far, over the past two years. That said, I have numerous complaints, and extreme disappointments, with the entire service experience relating to my ongoing problem with my jeep, that the dealership has not fixed in what is now three, multiple day visits. In fact, the service/problem is so deficient, I have had to file a claim with JEEP. Please contact me for details

Mr. Rubio was great with his customer service. He went beyond his job to help me solve my problem. I have to say that this time the greeting and service was exceptionally greater than before. I was surprised. If this service that i received that day, i will always bring my vehicle at Scott Robinson for service. Rubio customer service has improved many times over. I was about to walk off the lot when a salesman approached me and basically sold me on the Jeep on the showroom floor. Though he was new to auto sales, I bought my Jeep because he connected with me. Surprised even myself with the sales team. Connor came on later to finalize the transaction. Great job hiring my sales man.

I recieved the truck with oil stains in the back bed,as of today i still have not recieved floor mats or the truck Manual. Now as of today i was informed that I have to stop by AGAINNN to sign a new contract because something was missed!!!, I would NEVER recomend your service or DODGE EVER AGAIN !!!!!

Want to reiterate that Dave Dew did a very nice job for me but he was the only one. Asking me who I spoke to and if I had an appointment. I spoke to two of your people yesterday and no one mentioned I need an appointment, at the parts guy or the woman that answered after hitting number two on your phone automated answering service which is the service department. I don’t know who the hell picks up number two apparently your first service agent doesn’t know either

When I got a text that my vehicle was ready when I went to the cashier there was no paperwork up there completely understandable go because I know you guys are busy and I was not in a hurry other than that everything was great

My appointment was at 8:30am I arrived to the dealership at 7:50. Because per reading your disclaimer it states about the check in time and things of that sort. I really don't know what the problem was with the technician we had. But we was told the service would take about an hour an a half. My car was not done until close to 12 noon. I had a diagnostic test done. And an break fluid, and power steering fluid and air filter. I've never had to wait over 4 hours. There was customers coming in after me and was gone at least an hour or half before my car was even done. I had to ask about my car 3 times. I will not be coming back to that dealership site again. Very disappointing for my first time coming to your dealership

Was told it would take 90 min and it took two hours. Was not updated to any time changes and when things change, I feel it is important to let the customer know of any and all changes in order for them to feel like customer service is a top priority.
