I needed to call 3 times over 2 days to find out the status of my car and it’s service. Day 1 Drop off at 11:30 - was told i would receive an update by 4. Called at 5 as I had not received an update. Someone told me that nothing had been done with the car - had not gone in for diagnosis. Called the next morning and was told I would receive a call at 2 with an update. I called back at 3 as still no update. Was told it would be complete by 3pm the next day. Was actually ready by 10 am the next day.

Took car in for a recall service, picked car up and not a word was said about the service. Pretty much sums up every visit. We have now have the Jeep serviced by someone else.

I was never updated that the maintenance took longer than expected, no communication and got the car back without any feedback, truly disappointed this time. Didn’t really seem to care.

I'm ok with David,BUT VERY DISSATISFIED BECAUSE I BEEN BRINGING MY CAR THEIR SINCE JANUARY,I TOLD THEM CHECK MY BRAKES EVERYTIME I CAME FOR OIL CHANGE. THEY KEPT SAYING NOTHING WRONG,NEVER GOT IN MY CAR CHECK BRAKES,NOW SEPTEMBER ITS PADS AND ROTORS,IM PISSED I DONT KNOW WHEN I PASSED WARRANTY MILES,BUT I WOULDN'T IF THEY CHECK.
