I wasn’t as happy with Chrysler Roadside Assistance who charged me $110 to tow the car to you even though it was under warranty, with no explanation. The operator didn’t know why it was a “custom destination”. Now I have to try to get a refund.

Yeimy was very pleasant and efficient. She did not try to upsell me on anything, in fact she told me I didn't need a couple of things I asked for. I appreciate that. The service took less time than anticipated and the WiFi was fast, which made the time fly by in the quiet and comfortable waiting area.

Issue that the vehicle was originally brought in for was not fixed. I had to reschedule a new appointment or go without my vehicle for the whole week while a second parts order was made.

Everything was efficient other than the pickup process. The wait was unnecessarily long and I was not clearly directed to my pick up location. Seems like the cashier should have been able to initiate the vehicle delivery.
