I am truly appreciated with the service advisor. She was very helpful explained everything properly gave me the options since the issue was not covered under the warranty I still went ahead and decided to get the service done because I really appreciated her concern in regards my vehicle I am totally satisfied and will be looking forward to doing more business with the dealership because of her thank you.
The technician that help to get my car was the best customer service ever !!! He was the best. He deserves a salary increase because his customer service skills are amazing.

I am very unpleased with my service. I refused to sign the car inspection paper due to not having been notify of the red flags that my vehicle had. No one called me to talk regarding the findings. I will be calling the service manager regarding this matter

They couldn’t find the issue with my vehicle plus he didn’t gave me any update about my vehicle I understand he was in his day off but he had should of told one of the service advisors to reach out to me and explain whats going on with my truck!
The service representative David was extremely rude and aggressive and made the entire process of getting my vehicle serviced a miserable experience that I would not wish upon anyone.
My service advisor Cesar was great and helpful. It is your mechanics that has problems. Picked-up my vehicle last Friday after paying more than $700. Then came Monday, my vehicle won't start then smells gasoline and observed gas leak. Missed my work and have to call a towing company to tow my vehicle to your service center. My time and work wasted. I need compensation and payment for the tow company.
