I waited 3 Hours, with an appointment, only to find out no one ordered the parts. Which were key fobs. I’m still waiting for Brian to call me and tell me you have them. Mine are unstable and I really need them replaced!!

Luis should have told me that it would take more than a day to do my car. I waited 5 hrs and it wasn't even worked on. Still sitting in the lot. Finally had to ask for a loaner. Should of been suggested at time of check-in and not waist my day just sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to even be worked on. Not great customer service.

I have a tough time going from Acura to Dodge service centers. The attention to detail just **** at Dodge. The one bright spot this service center had WAS Yeimy Beltran and for whatever reason she's no longer here. ???????????????????? Dear this service department, FIND YEIMY AND MAKE HER THE MANAGER or offer a practice to ensure that the WHOLE CAR is taken care of. I should not have to return days later for an oil change after spending $1000 with having my truck for two days.

My car was being worked on on a Thursday. We never received a single call to hear any updates or that they would be keeping it overnight. No call the next day. We had to keep calling and leaving messages. Not at all satisfied with communication!

Made an appointment a week in advanced appt time 10:15am at 3:45 pm I'm told your tech didn't have time to get to it. That is BS you should not schedule more than you can handle not to mention this is the third time I was bringing it in for the same thing. Luis and his manager act as if it's no big deal as if I have nothing g else to do. Horrible service I will not be back and I will tell everyone e I know with a mopar never to go to Scott Robinson.

Your service is absolutely horrible. I cannot begin to express how many different ways I felt let down. It was almost as if you were trying to make me dislike you, on purpose. Tell your staff to get off the phone, and act like the customer matters.
