I got there at 9am didn't leave until 130pm for a simple oil change. At 930am I was told by Christian that my car was next. When 1130am rolls around I had to ask the status and was told it's next. At 115pm i had to ask again and he was nowhere to be found with my paper work sitting my itself. I'm highly disappointed

Was given a 1-1/2 to 1hr 45 min wait and it was 2-1/2 hours. I waited for the vehicle when if I was told that time frame initially, I would have dropped it off.

I had an appointment on Thursday at 8:30am set up for 3 reasons: oil change, A/C fix, and key fob issue. While I understand things can get busy, it was confirmed via text that my car wasn’t even touched until around 1pm on Friday. They diagnosed the A/C and gave me a decision about the key fob. I had to call 3 times just to actually speak with Luis just to find out details. On the phone, I was told the key fob issue couldn’t be duplicated so I’m not sure how they determined the issue in the text. Next, I was told the technician was backed up but would finally fix the a/c and do the oil change on Saturday then Brian Khu would call when done. Saturday at 3pm I decided to call and check in, service was closed. Monday morning, I texted Luis asking for an update, no response. I had to call at least 3 times to find out my car was finished and was told it was in fact done Saturday but nobody called. It took over 3 service days (over 4 days total) with a scheduled appointment and constant follow-ups/poor communication for an oil change and Freon recharge. When I got the car, there was chalk still on my window, no paper on the floor, it wasn’t swept, and the A/C is now making noises. I’m hoping the noises go away with time but at least the A/C blows cold air. While I’m happy and appreciative for the bill accommodation at the end of all this, after 2 years of repeat business to your facility, this was the worst car repair/oil change experience of my life. Unfortunately, I will likely not return in the future except to fix the new noises that are now coming from my A/C, unless god-willing they stop on there own.

Wish you would accept service appoints for Oil Changes, Filter Changes, and Tire Rotations for us working folks instead of a first-served basis. It's hard to work around my work schedule without having to take time off.

Regretfully the reason I was there for them to fix a recall problem. However the problem was not resolved. My understanding is that they checked before the cars released to make sure that the problem no longer exist. But that wasn’t done. I will think about returning so that they can further investigate the problem which is what they told me to do after I brought it back and pointed out to them that the problem still existed.
