They removed a towel I placed for stepping on .. they put that on top of my passenger seat .. all the dirt was all over my cars seat.
Kesesn did not give me the service I expected incorrect information several missed calls or no call back after several call I talked to the manager and everything was excellent

No, no estoy agusto. No le hicieron lo que solicite. Hace unos días llevé a
Servicio el auto. Le hicieron un diagnóstico para saber lo que requería. El carro no quedó bien y pide una contraseña para poder usar el radio. Eso tampoco quedó bien. Fueron varias cosas, no pude regresar con el auto porque el horario de ustedes es el mismo que yo tengo en mi trabajo. Hoy lo pude llevar pero no hicieron lo que pedí y quería que lo manejaran para que vieran cómo está. El carro casi no lo uso pueden ver las millas de usaron desde que se le hizo el servicio. En fin no quede agusto.
Andres work was amazing.only problem was on the returning the car to me it took more than 30 minutes for them to find my car.

Jackie whom manages incoming calls initially took my calls as I was so concerned if Triple A had dropped my vehicle and checked it in. Jackie directed me in the right direction to the right representative, Edwin Noguera. He knew exactly what needed to be taken care of with my vehicle before I even explained.
Saturday afternoon was my drop off. And I know the facility was extremely busy. I had no appointment either. Monday morning FIRST THING my vehicle was ready!!! Was amazing and I was so surprised. This facility and the staff here is by far THE BEST I HAVE BEEN TO.
I’m sticking with this facility for life! Plan to buy another vehicle within 2 weeks. Edwin introduced me to Yulen. I’m choosing to give Honda Downtown LA the business.
