Disappointed in the lack of communication between sales/finance and service department. Had to find a ride back to walk to finance to obtain a copy of my tire coverage to hand it to service dept who said could not do it for me. To find out it was late and nothing could be done to my car. A day wasted running around for the service department to know what coverage my vehicle has.

Service department great specially Heike Sales department no integrity or ownership of work 3rd car I lease with dealership now their telling me my oil change is not covered spoke to sales rep that did upgrade for me roger he denied helping me said he was going to look into matter never did surprised when I came back to follow up on matter I have a “platinum care package” that I’ve been trying to remove from my account but no one wants to help me have spoken to several employees about this and they just give me the run around super unprofessional Asked to speak to a manager roger made every excuse for me not to see a manager saying they were to busy but if it was a deal that needed closing I’m sure a manager would be there in a heart beat definitely Turing car in when lease agreement is up going to a competitor Extremely disappointed so much for helpful Honda

They kept my car for over two weeks during which time they found absolutely nothing wrong with my car. When I got my car back it was smoking and smelling like burning oil. This was not an issue when I delivered the car. I am going to get it checked out elsewhere and see what you guys caused.

I have been taking my vehicle to your location for over 4 years. The work that was done on my car is unsatisfactory. I had to take my car back today to your location 3 times today. I had my appointment this morning at 7 am. I was there at 6:30 Dion Jackson was the person to help me. Dion text me at 10 am to let me know my vehicle was ready and to pay at the counter. I paid at 10am and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. As I left the location I proceeded on the 10 freeway and a message came on saying “ low tire pressure “ I went back to the dealership and they reset message. I left the dealership and came home. When I was home the sane message came up “tire pressure low” I called Dion Jackson several times to return my call and he never did. By this time is it noon I went back to the dealership in traffic and I arrived around 1 pm. My husband went to talk to Dion to explain the situation and Dion said we would have to wait in line and there was nothing he could do. Dion also suggested for us to take my vehicle to a Pop and Ma mechanic shop down the street to see if I had a nail in my tire. Before driving my vehicle back to the dealership my husband had already inspected the tires for any nails and there were none. My husband finally asked Dion to speak to a manager for they can help us. Finally after spending several hours there a manager came over and took my vehicle to get inspected for nthe 3rd time and they were able to fix the problem. I spent $480.00 today and it seems that your values are quantity over quality. I am very disappointed in your associate Dion he is a joke. He must be a new employee because like I said I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and never have I had to deal with an associate like Dion. I hope this situation never happens to another customer. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
