I did not have a great experience, changing the battery on my car took way too long (dropped it off at 9am, wasn’t ready until 8:30am the next day! However Andres did his best to help me, and managed to rescue a bad situation, so kudos to him.

You kept my Pilot for 6hrs. Cost me nearly $100 to take a Lyft back and forth. When I got there to pick up my vehicle nothing was done. This is after you called and said it was ready. I was given the key to drive off. But I checked to see if the work was done before I left. As I said it wasn’t. My vehicle was then taken back upstairs and after about 30 mins it was returned to me with some of the issues fixed. It took them about 30 mins. Yet they kept my vehicle for 6 hrs and cost me money I could have saved if I waited there. Unacceptable. And most likely you won’t call me. You aren’t serious about your customer’s’ concerns.

I came in for a tire rotation that was from 11:30-1. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle. At 2 I called and was given poor response. When I go to pick up my car at 2:30, I’m told my tires were not even rotated. The only thing that had happened in 2.5 hrs is that staff was very eager to try to buy my used honda and get me to upgrade/purchase a 2022. Very disappointing experience. I come to DTLA because I consider myself loyal to where I bought my car but I will likely take my business to a location closer to me.

I took my car in for a service bulletin issue and a diagnostic test . I was told that no codes came up and that my car was visually checked . The conclusion was that I had a after market starter and needed to get that replaced with a Honda starter and see if that would change the issue . I took my car to another shop and several codes came up . Which surprised me because I was told no codes came up and this was in the same day that my car was serviced with Honda . I also felt like the staff did not want to help me and felt frustrated because I continued to ask questions that when answered left me further confused . I would not refer a friend to this location and felt like my money was waisted because I walked away with no actual help .

I guess Honda downtown is under new management, I haven’t really been able to meet the new teams but I know the old team and and old management was great and hands on and very welcoming , I trusted them with my car and was treated great at all times.
