The wait was long but understandable. The service was excellent, including by those reporting to Ryan, and the waiting area (with tables, snacks, and electric plugs) was excellent.

I got a text asking if I wanted a complimentary 4 point inspection with my recall appointment and asked about it when I dropped it off when I picked it up the inspection was not done and not even in the paperwork. I also had a key programed it does work but was sad to see it was not cut to fit the door wish I had been told that the key would get programed but not cut.

I had no problem with the service. I would suggest however that your people on the phones making the appointments are better informed of the length of time the service will take so that the customer can be better prepared. I was quoted an hour and a half and it was a 4 hour service.

I know it cost a little more to go to Audi but it’s well worth it cause I know the work will be done right and am not gonna have any worries.

The gentleman that greeted me when I pulled in ( I didn’t catch his name) was very courteous and described the process very well. Simeon was very professional, and courteous. He was very honest with me on what services that my vehicle needed. I appreciated that!!
