Working with Jacky is always a pleasant experience. Even when things don't happen as planned he's always quick to explain what and why and how he can fix it. It's his upfront and honest attitude that keeps me returning to Darlings instead of looking somewhere else.

For oil change and inspection it took 1.5 hrs, and when finished they told me it would take another 45 min to wash the vehicle,no washing,I had to leave.

I am 100% satisfied with Tont Mccalla. He kept us informed through the entire process. I highly recommend Tony and the team. My complaint is price and that is dealership policy.
